To the best of my knowledge, and extent of my testing abilities, this site is working like clockwork in all modern browser/OS combinations (apart from the fact I don't have to wind it up).
However, if you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or version 5.01 with Windows XP or earlier, then you may find the first "Welcome" page has gone a bit skew-whiff, and the layout has rendered part of it unreadable. Boo Hiss.
In order to view it in all its shiny glory I'd recommend you view it in a more modern browser, available to download at no cost, and in next to no time, right here:
(Personally I like Firefox the best.)
